Meet our Management Team:

Mike McIsaac
Mike is a passionate business leader always willing to share his experiences, knowledge and ideas. He is a trusted and valued business advisor, partner and friend.  Mike’s role within LMG is to lead the management team towards achieving our vision. His positive attitude is contagious, and he leads by example as seen when he makes coffee or cleans up the yard. Mike is married to Monika and they have 3 beautiful active children.


Gwendolyn Reischman
Gwendolyn gained her corporate experience over the last 17+ years in the 360-branding sector but it’s the skills she learned over 10 years as the Board Chair of a nonprofit agency that define her approach to integration: always ready to volunteer her energy, expertise and empathy. Gwendolyn is also devoted to her family which happily includes a silly dog.


Ted Stanford
Ted has spent 25+ years in the media and advertising industry and has been involved in almost all side of the business.  He was originally drawn to LMG because of the role their products play in the media landscape and now brings his passion for marketing, sales and business development to everything that LMG does.  When he’s not working, Ted is likely either staying active doing some sport or outdoor activity with his family… or watching horror movies.

Will Dimzon
Will brings to LMG his relevant experience in public practice, retail, construction, Small Medium Enterprises.  He takes pride in providing products and services that make a difference in people’s lives.  His primary duty is ensuring fiscal responsibility within the organization. When not busy crunching the numbers Will can be found gnashing his teeth on the golf course.


Carol Ann Mueksch
Carol Ann has been with Lucid from the beginning and this history helps define her role as founding manager with a profound influence for excellence in product, process and people development. Her experience and clarity of thought and action epitomize our core values. Carol Ann loves to spend time outdoors enjoying nature with her family.


Trevor Sandberg
Trevor was born and raised in Kelowna, BC and graduated with a Bachelor of Business and Administration from Okanagan College. When not wrangling the best from his operational team here at Lucid he enjoys playing golf, travelling to new places, and spending time with friends and family.
