Lucid Management Groups approval process starts from the initial contact with the customer.

Our Property Managers and Permit Specialists work concurrently to ensure that all approvals are obtained in a timely manner.

While our Project Managers reach out to Property Managers and Landlord’s to obtain specific sign criteria to be incorporated into the initial design, our Permit Specialists work with City officials to ensure that the products meet city codes and bylaws.

Local governments often require Landlord or Property Manager approval on sign permits. Our Team obtains these approvals prior to submitting any permit application to city officials.

Our permit specialists have extensive knowledge in working with city officials to obtain permits in a well-timed manner.

There are times when variance applications may be required due to city code restrictions. Our team has the expertise to work with our customers, landlords, developers and city officials to obtain favorable results.
